If you purchased a course from Tech Explorations, you can ask for a refund, for whatever reason, within 30 days of your purchase.
To do that, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the Help Desk form
2. Fill the form as in the sample in the attached screenshot
3. While you can ask for a refund for any reason within 30 days, I'd appreciate it if you could explain your decision, especially if it involves issues you think can be improved
We will process your request within 48 hours. Your refund will show in your bank account/credit card or Paypal statement within a few days. Please note that we have no way to predict how long a refund may take to appear in your statement, even though we will process your request within 48 hours of receiving it.
